CodeHealing.dev is provided and operated by OMINGENOUS AI LTD (Company Registration Number: 9803129, Company ID: 9803129), operating the platform founded by Edwin Obasi (Chief Executive Officer).

By creating an account, browsing the website, depositing funds, or utilizing any manual or automated building features on CodeHealing.dev, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access project creation, manual development, and automated engineering features, you must register for an account. Authentication infrastructure is powered by Supabase with Resend serving as our authorized transactional email provider for mandatory email verification and secure password recovery.

3. Platform Services and Architecture

CodeHealing.dev is an AI-powered software development and diagnostic platform designed to assist developers in creating, debugging, and maintaining software applications. The platform provides:

• Manual Project Building: Tools and development environments allowing users to create repositories, write and edit code, organize project assets, and run diagnostic checks.
• Paid AI-Assisted Operations: Intelligent automated capabilities that perform diagnostic triage, code generation, refactoring, and project synthesis on demand.

You retain ownership of the original code and intellectual property you personally create and upload to the Platform.

4. Signup Credit

Eligible new users who complete account registration and email verification receive $0.50 in promotional signup credit to explore the platform, create a project, and begin manual building operations.

5. Wallet, Deposits, and Available Balance

Paid capabilities are funded through an integrated prepaid wallet. The minimum deposit amount permitted is $1.00 USD. Legitimate deposited balances do not expire and are not forfeited due to user inactivity.

6. Payment Methods & Flutterwave

Payment processing on CodeHealing.dev is powered by Flutterwave, an internationally accredited and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. CodeHealing.dev never receives, processes, or stores your full credit/debit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
